Summary	New Email Updates not applying after verification.
Description	Users are unable to update their existing email address to a new address. Upon using users/user_settings.php to update passwords, emails are successfully sent to the email_new field in the DB, and to the inbox itself. However, upon using the verification code (example, https://TLD.TLD/users/verify.php?new=1&amp;email=email%40provider.tld&amp;vericode=eKbIjsFAFqMlLIe) both a confirmation message and a failed message are displayed. There are 2 issues. There is one where you're not getting feedback if you enter a bad email. I'm working on that separatly. This is the one where verify.php does not verify
