Summary	Change to container-fluid on remainder of templates

There is a duplication of setting a "container" div, one in the index.php and one in the container_open.php. the first is just called "container" the other one is using the setting from the admin menu. So with the default index.php, the container class overrides whatever is set in the admin menu.

Since I'm working on this ticket, I can report that the extra container div on index.php was removed a long time ago.
