Summary	Make user an optional parameter in on hasPerm
Description	<p>That defaults to $user->data()->id if logged in. I'm tired of typing it :)</p> <p>I just need to remember not to use it in plugins</p>

<p>This exists already :) as does the passing an ID without the array!</p> <p>function hasPerm($permissions, $id = null, $masterCheck = true)</p>
