Summary	Need a noupdate flag on plugins
Description	<p>It's a weird use case but I have it several places where I really had to edit a plugin instead of cloning it and I'd like to see something like an empty noupdate.txt file in the plugin folder tell spice shaker not to update the plugin.</p>
