Summary	Add user info flavor text to admin -> "Registration Settings"
Description	<p>Consider adding text to the admin -> "Registration Settings" to make it clear that if the user doesn't want the registration page to inclue first name and last name options they can install the user info plugin as it's not super intuitive at the moment.</p>
