Summary	Add the active column back to the database
Description	<p>It serves no purpose to delete it. It breaks a bunch of stuff and it's nearly impossible to search all features for the word active.</p> <p> </p>

<p>I just did a fresh install of 5.2 and new user registration was giving an SQL error about the missing Active column.  Once I added a column to the User table, the new user registration worked.</p>
