Summary	Form Builder Plugin 1.1.5 - Unable to make more than one timestamp field.
Description	I am unable to make more than one field with the field type as timestamp, it gives the following error when attempted &quot;A column already exists with that name&quot;. It doesn&#039;t matter what name I actually try to give it, it still says that. When looking for a reason for this, it appears that when your script creates the timestamp columns in the database, it actually names that column timestamp instead of the given name. Another issue, not sure if it is only me on this one though, I don&#039;t have another copy of UserSpice and it may be something in mine causing it, but I&#039;ve tried to use the preview before and after I created a view of the form. it didn&#039;t work either time, it brings me to this URL https://domain.com/users/admin.php?view=form_preview&amp;demo=2 but all I see is the normal admin page. I have tested the shortcode and it still works properly.

<p>I'm not really sure about your second issue, but the first one is a mysql issue, not really a userspice issue. MySQL will only let you have one timestamp column. You'd have to use datetime instead.  Discord may be a better place to walk through the second issue.</p>
