Summary	Missing Text on new users created
Description	<p>i just recently installed userspice. The admin account works great. All other accounts created have missing text on every menu. No custom template either, all default.</p>

but, if i select english flag under account, the text apears.

Issue was not followed up on and has no updates, cannot be reproduced. Please report the issue again if it remains.
