Summary	Offer OAuth Flow for API Key During Install
Description	<p>The UserSpice API Key is used for a number of things in the admin panel now, including bug submissions, SpiceShaker, updating. We should offer, during installation (after complete) an OAuth Flowthrough to UserSpice's Bug Site to get this API Key. </p>
