Summary	2 php errors in forms builder 1.1.7
Description	I got this php error during update from 1.1.5 to 1.1.7 (not on US, but on my server error log): 1) unlink() expects parameter 2 to be resource, string given \| file:usersc/plugins/forms/migrate.php \| ln:35 And after update: 2) When accessing: users/admin.php?view=_admin_forms_edit&amp;edit=1 (the basic form edit) OR users/admin.php?view=_admin_forms_edit&amp;edit=1&amp;field=3 (the page for a specific field edit) OR join.php (when someone visits the join page even before submitting it) I get: Undefined variable: value \| file:usersc/plugins/forms/functions.php \| ln:89
