Summary	let check update connect by port 443 instead of port 80
Description	<p>in users/view/_admin_tools_check_updates.php change $rc = @fsockopen('www.userspice.com', 80, $errno, $errstr, 1); to port 443 because more and more servers is blocking port 80 or maybe check both ports</p>
