Summary	Updating on localhost is not working
Description	On localhost, clicking the "download and install updates" is not donig anything. the text is stuck on "Checking for updates..." I am using wamp 64 latest with default install options. If the user is missing a php module / config, userspice should notice the user about it.

I believe this is a server configuration issue....however, if we can find a way to detect it, I'd love to put up a message for it.
