Be very cautious about doing this...foreign key locks can cause row removals to completely fail if data will become mismatches, and if inserts are done in the wrong order, you'll also run into this issue. Albeit this is the best "DBA" solution (adding foreign keys) this is likely to cause way more headaches then help
