Summary	Spice Shaker API Key Validation Fixes
Description	The Regex for Spice Shaker is used in two different places, _spice_shaker and _admin_settings_general. We should move this into a single function. Additionally, we do not trim() the value, so any whitespace causes the regex to fail. Add a trim to the value since we trim the API Key when we are making requests.
