Summary	Resend validation email in dbnav incorrectly positioned
Description	Hi, in the standard template there is a bug. When using database navigation, despite having the {{resend}} item inside the {{help}} menu, it always shows outside as a standalone item. I managed to fix it by changing dbnav.php. inside the DropdownString function, the resend and login items are output as li-s, whereas all other stuff is output as a-s. So i removed the li tags and the resend item is now correctly placed in the menu.

I'm guessing this is going to affect a lot of templates. I'm going to add it to our addons stuff and I'm going to be looping through and updating all the templates at once.
