Summary	Pushover plugin - give a little more info instead of just the username/email
Description	It sends the username/email but doesn't give their IP address. Which isn't a huge deal since it's in the dashboard logs, but would be kinda cool if it was all in one place for fast overview. Especially so if you notice it's not a familiar IP address then you can jump on and figure out what to do about it. Might also be cool to have it specially say if they're whitelisted or not for all notifications - like accessing the reset password page, requesting password change, failed logins, etc, if possible
