Summary	Crazy redirects
Description	If a user that has an uverified email and at the sane time force_pr true is logged in, you get a 404 due to invalid redirects... Steps to reproduce: 1. Turn on email verification 2. Create a user with a known password, email_verified=0, force_pr=1 3. Log in as the user from step 2 with the known password init.php redirects to verify.php, there loader.php redirects to user_settings.php and there init.php redirects back to verify.php, however it is a relative redirect so i end up in users/users/verify.php giving a 404.

Since this is going to require an init.php edit, I think it's best fixed for new installs and announced as an optional fix for existing installs.
