Summary	Forgot Password Flow Change
Description	Currently, when a user is logged in and visits the Forgot Password page, their session is destroyed (and the formatting of the PHP could fail on some versions, since it's one line). We should at the very least fix the formatting, but I think the flow should be adjusted that if user logged in, redirect either to user_settings (where they can change their password) or redirect to homepage (or the page defined in settings after_login) - their session shouldn't be destroyed.

The original thought behind that was that you have to know your password to change your password, so it logs you out, but it is easier to just redirect them over.
