Summary	Deal with root cert expiry for R3
Description	14. Fix for broken Spice Shaker due to R3 root cert expiry (maybe allow configuration of the cacert store somewhere in admin console?). A gain, 2 occurences: users/views/_spice_shaker.php + // SSL fix + curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CAINFO, '/path/to/cacert.pem'); + curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CAPATH, '/path/to/cacert.pem');

Keep in mind this does lock you into needing to use Let's Encrypt in the future or needing a manual patch/setting change if that ever changed, could also be used as a backup in a try catch etc.

Yep. This ticket was separated out from a bunch of other stuff in one bigger ticket and is a feature request. We don't typically deal with server side stuff like this, but I definitely wouldn't mind providing options.
