Description	Hello, When Form Builder verify maximum of character of a input, it doesn't work well with special characters like "ùàéè". These characters are transformed (ù = ù) then lenght is not 1 but 8, and character is not correctly stored in database ("ù" is not "ù"). Do I have to modify something ? Thank you ! (PS: And other detail... database text column are created by Form Builder with Latin1_Swedish_ci encoding. Shouldn't UTF8_unicode_ci be better, more universal ?)
