Summary	Upgrade to Bootstrap V5??
Description	Upgrading to Bootstrap v5 would be nice. Looking through BS & US documentation, and read US bug tracking, and attempting to make a BS v5 template from the standard template, well not going so well. It looks like to use BS v5, unless I am missing something, would take an overhaul of US code, in some of the core files. and the userc files.

I made a bs5 beta template that worked but I tried the latest bs5 and it didn't work. I'll do some checking on this.
