Summary	stray </body> tag in standard/footer.php
Description	in usersc/templates/standard/footer.php you have a </body> tag then a <footer> tag... then after </footer> you include users/includes/html_footer.php that also has a </body> tag </body> in standard/footer.php should be removed

Confirmed, there does appear to be a duplicate body closing tag. It doesn't show up in the chrome inspector (honestly I'm really unsure why). Some pages directly call the templates footer.php (and they shouldn't I don't think) whereas others call html_footer.php which calls template/footer.php itself.
