Summary	Forms Manager does not add fields back after delete
Description	I have been adding fields to my User Form to go along with the PasswordLess login plugin. 1. I wanted to add fields that shows the actual link for re-use 2. I wanted to add fields that shows the expiry date of that code The issue is that I made a mistake in creating the field in the Form Manager. I deleted it and recreated it. The new field does not show up on the User Info page. How do I get it to show again?

The only way to do this is to create a form field with a slightly different name and either use that or edit the form in the db to use the "real" column name and drop the fake column. Or you can create a form from an existing db table and then delete the fields you don't want. I can see this feature being useful but if the form builder can't create the column during form field creation, it will cause problems.
