Summary	Input::get() no longer preserves 2 decimal places
Description	I returned to some code from 2020 which was processing payments. Discovered that Input::get() was changing 500.50 to 500.5 This becomes a problem when you're using Stripe for payments, as it accepts the total amount of money in cents.
