Summary	Login Flow Drops Multiple URL Parameters
Description	If I have a URL with multiple HTTP Parameters (ex, site.tld/paperwork/?type=abc&id=1866), that requires login, the second URL parameter is malformed on the output. The login gate redirects the user to https://site.tld/users/login.php?dest=paperwork/index.php&redirect=https%3A%2F%site.tld%2Fpaperwork%2F%3Ftype%3Dabc%26id%3D1866. After successful login, UserSpice redirects the user to https://site.tld/paperwork/?type=abc&id=1866, changing the & to & thus effectively malforming the second URL parameter and renaming it to "amp;id"with a value of 1866 The login flow should maintain multiple URL parameters.
