Summary	Form Builder Plugin - Add New Form button not working
Description	With most recent update (bleeding edge track) I&#039;ve noticed the add new form button doesn&#039;t do anything anymore. Just adds a hashtag to the current url. I wish I had further info but that&#039;s all I&#039;ve got.
