Found the issue for this. C:\xampp\htdocs\Daycare\usersc\plugins\forms\functions.php Line: 982 - 986 if($vkey == "col"){ $value .= " ".$v->$vvalue; }elseif($vkey == "str"){ $value .= " ".$vvalue; } $vkey = DB Column Ether the "Col" needs to be changed or DB Column needs to be changed.

DB Query: SELECT * FROM state id: id DB Column: name $vkey = DB Column I only want to have the name, nothing else but if I did following: DB Column: code string: DB Column: name $vkey = col Discovered that when you have double the DB Column's, the VKey is col, but single DB Column, its DB Column. Did not find the location, its the spot that is saving the data that is the issue.

On submit, item: schemakey = DB Column, dont see how but it is.
