Summary	Manage Users view - possible issues?
Description	The Manage Users view from the Dashboard has two inconsistencies compared to all the other views (e.g. Plugin Manager). 1. There seems to be a navigation breadcrumb, although its formatting isn't quite right, and this breadcrumb doesn't appear on any other views. 2. Large empty space. I am using PHP 7.4 and had some issues with US 5.5 where some views did not display properly - wondering if it is the same case here also. These are just minor issues; just wanted to bring them to your attention. Thanks a lot.

In addition to above; the Add User button does not work (i.e. I click it and nothing happens). This I believe is attributed to using PHP 7.4, which we had issues with other views as well.

We can close this ticket; I introduced a bug in my own code. Manage Users view seems to be working as intended, thank you.
