Summary	Build Existong Form No Fields
Description	I have existing database structire i wanted to add forms to. To make this faster, I wanted to use the form builder. It failed with no erros and did not make data fields. I did some testing and found that the update for - is not comprehensive. In updates it says &quot;01473 Form Builder now allows underscores and hyphens in form names (Dan Hoover)&quot; However, an existing table with hyphen in the name causes the form builder to make a form without data fields.

I've spend some time playing with this and using hyphens, while technically allowed in mysql causes a lot of unintended consequences, including what you're seeing. I'm going recommend renaming your table to underscore instead of hyphen.
