Summary	NOT NULL db fields not included on inserts
Description	In users/helpers/permissions.php around line 351, the insert fields are set up for an insert to the Audit table if a user does not have permissions for a page. In the audit table, there is a field, `viewed`, that is marked as NOT NULL. This field is not included in the insert fields and therefore fails the insert. Similarly, in the _admin_users.php file, around line 88, when adding a user manually, the fields do not include a NOT NULL field, `created`.

Dan, it appears as though you may have already fixed the `created` field bug in Issue #01864. Doublecheck me on that, but it might already be fixed. I haven't started using 5.6.3 yet, so I'm not sure if this is the case or not.

I incorrectly noted the wrong UserSpice version on this issue. I was working on 5.6.1 when I came across these issues. It seems as though one of these issues might have been fixed in 5.6.3.
