Summary	Nothing in General tab saves
Description	Whenever i change something in the settings its just not saving, for example the API key, i had to come to this page and put it in then click save. I cant change the website name or the copyright text or anything, i can change it but it just wont save when i go to a different page then go back to the settings i changed its back to the default

Tried to reinstall, didnt work.

Ignore this..... Issue with apache server, nothing to do with userspice
