Summary	us_ip_list timestamp does not update on login
Description	Just noticed that the user last login timestamp in us_ip_list is not updating when a user logs in. The timestamp column is currently set to current_timestamp() ON UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP(). adding 'timestamp' => date("Y-m-d H:i:s") to User.php login() and loginEmail() resolves. Apologies if an issue that has been fixed, I am behind on my update cycle due to use in a production environment. 10.6.18-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.22.04.1 I might not be understanding how some other logic works elsewhere, but reviewing the code certainly seems like the column value should be updating.

The DB schema is supposed to be doing that timestamp update automatically. I agree that it's not happening on all servers though
