Summary	Keep the same nav expanded
Description	<p>On left sidebar, we should retain that a certain nav was expanded and keep it that way, same with when the entire nav is collapsed </p>

<p>We're gonna do this with cookies. Onclick, trigger a script to post to a cookie the current state of the nav bar.</p>
