Summary	Insert old migrations
Description	<p>In US 4.4 we cleared the update.php file.</p> <p>Write an update to insert all the old migrations into the database if not there. </p>

<p>I am going to overhaul updates to store all updates in a single file in migrations.php and include the file if exists, if it doesn't exist, it will produce an error recommending to download from whatever link we provide</p>
