Summary	Navigation Bar -> drop down's don't work on /users/messages.php
Description	<p>User Account: user</p> <p>Permission Levels: User</p> <p> </p> <p>The navigation bar drop down does not work on the /users/messages.php page.</p> <p>But drop down does does work on index.php</p> <p>I have created another user account with same permission and samething happens.</p>

Discovered what the cause is. The footer is incorrect in following files. Its not allowing the bootstrap onto those pages to use the navigation bar.   Files: users\admin_notifications.php users\enable2fa.php users\forgot_password.php users\forgot_password_reset.php users\join.php users\joinThankYou.php users\messages.php users\twofa.php users\verify.php users\verify_resend.php users\includes\user_agreement_acknowledge.php   Bottom of page.
