Summary	Cannot Delete Permission Level
Description	<p>New installation.</p> <p>When on the Permission Levels, I wanted to delete the "User" Permission Level..</p> <p>Went to the Permission page for that level, clicked the "Delete Permission Level User" checkbox and clicked update. Nothing happened and the same page was simply refreshed. Looking at the POSTed variables, one of them was "delete[1]=1". When looked into the _admin_permission view, the code checks for $_POST["delete"] before it deletes.. maybe this is the issue?</p>

<p>We prohibit the removal of the primary permission levels. We will update the UI so the delete button is not there.</p>
