Time is weird and the default timepicker uses a localized time format which doesn't play well with sql's 24 hour format. So I added the time as a text field that requires a format of 23:59 or 23:59:59 and the db can handle that.

I will take a look at this. I can add a few more types.  It probably won't make it into 4.4.08, but I've assigned it to myself.
