Summary	Make the expiry time for $vericode_expiry in join.php a site setting
Description	<p>Right now `$vericode_expiry` is hardcoded to 15 mins. via `$vericode_expiry=date("Y-m-d H:i:s",strtotime("+15 minutes",strtotime(date("Y-m-d H:i:s"))));` in join.php.</p> <p>There is also hardcoded messaging in the following files related to 15 mins....</p> <p>_email_template_forgot_password.php<br />_email_template_verify.php<br />_email_template_verify_new.php</p> <p> </p> <p>Having something like "vericode_expiry_time" in the settings DB then using it with  $settings->vericode_expiry_time on those 4 hard coded files would offer more flexibility and consistency.</p>
