Summary	Dozens of duplicated functions
Description	<p>At one point in UserSpice History we took functions and split them from the us_helpers out to files...however, that means we never know where to change them. us_helpers is always declared first, which means (I THINK) the files themselves will need to be changed, but we need to figure this out and remove the duplication.</p>
