Summary	Add localization for the links in the navigation menu
Description	<p>User needs to be able to add custom translation to navigation. Solution:</p> <p>1. Go to the Admin Dashboard --> Navigation and replace label names with the string names from the stringtable. For example: {{dashboard}} with {{MENU_DASH}}</p> <p>2. Open file \users\includes\template\database_navigation_content.php. Remove inclusion of hooks (lines 42, 43, 51, 52, 58, 59).</p> <p>3. Replace \users\helpers\menus.php with the one from here https://pastebin.com/FNuLH99W</p>
