Summary	Have the session timeout be a configurable thing stored in the settings DB
Description	<p>Currently the line below in users/helpers/users_online.php controls how long it is before a user is automatically logged out.</p> <p><strong>$timeout = 86400; //30 minutes - This can be changed</strong></p> <p>My idea is to have this value stored in the DB and allow it to be changed via the Admin Site Settings.  Not a big thing, but it offers more flexibility.</p>

Development for this could be done concurrently with issue #60.

This isn't a user session timeout but rather the timeout for user tracking on admin.php. This CAN be done, but generally we have respected the servers rights to define session length...there could be rules around this somewhere-as rarely do you find applications that offer a modification of the session length.

Sorry-I completely misunderstood the location, I am going to add a setting for this.

Actually-no I hadn't misunderstood. This is definitely the ACP checks and not the PHP Session timeout. We have to respect server admins settings of their PHP, the Remember me function can be used to extend session time.
