I'm not sure what the   if(isset($body_onload){ I don't see $body_onload anywhere in the code.

I didn't fully understand your solution (partially because of sanitized text) so please double check my work.

1) Your missing the <body> tag on the if($navstyle == "Default") 2) What I am talking about is instead of just doing <body>, do it so you can add something to the body on that page only. For Example: <body <?php if(isset($body_onload){ echo $body_onload; }>> EXAMPLE ) On the index.php, placing the $body_onload = 'onload="java()"' near the top of the page, it will auto place into the HTML coding. The next page does not need that java() code, it skips over the $body_onload.
