Summary	non DB navigation is broken
Description	<p>nav.php refers to navigation_right_side.php and navigation_dropdown.php in /users/includes. both files are not existing.</p> <p> </p> <p>as well, $msgC is unset because users/messages.php is missing, too.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Thanks for this.  I pushed a bunch of fixes. I'll be updating the older templates also.    $msgC doesn't seem to cause any issues since as long as it is not 0, it shouldn't throw any errors.

$msgC is currently not declared and therefore causes a warning.
