Summary	hasPerm works differently to documentation
Description	hasPerm Documentation states you can send a single value like hasPerm(4) whilst in reality it requires a array like hasPerm([4]) due to the for each in the hasPerm function

This feature was added in the (currently unreleased 5.0.5).  I need to update the documentation to reflect that.

It is still recommended that you pass permission levels in an array even if only using 1 as this is a new feature.
