Summary	Orphaned permission_page_matches rows when removing pages
Description	<p>Steps to reproduce.</p> <p>1) add a new file to be watched in a custom folder included in z_us_root (myfile.php)</p> <p>2) in admin, refresh the Manage page access and notice the page id (eg: myfile.php , id:100);</p> <p>3) add user permision to the new page. this will add a new row to permission_page_matches (id: 1, permission_id:2, page_id:100)</p> <p>4) delete myfile.php</p> <p>notice that the row in permission_page_matches still exists.</p> <p> </p>

We won't run this on existing installs at this time.

Cleaned up in a SQL update but we still need to add this to code DELETE  FROM permission_page_matches WHERE page_id NOT IN (SELECT id FROM pages)

I actually had a SQL script that did this that I can probably pull out.

I ran into an issue fixing this and when it goes wrong it goes horribly wrong.
