Summary	Add language picker to footer
Description	<p>It would be cool to have a concept like this:</p> <p>Current language flag is shown, is clickable and opens a modal that has all of the other languages that can be clicked and changed, keeps you on the same page, always posts to that page and is taken care of in the header through a helper. This maybe can be done through an addon instead tho.</p>
