Figured it out.... it was the issue of being on a dev server, getting a 404 error because it searches for the full url rather than include local.... <a class="url" title="http://danwolfe.local/usersc/templates/standard/assets/js/bootstrap.min.js" draggable="false" href="http://danwolfe.local/usersc/templates/standard/assets/js/bootstrap.min.js" target="_blank" rel="noopener">.local/usersc/templates/standard/assets/js/bootstrap.min.js</a> .local/users/js/pagination/datatables.min.js etc. The dev server is not on my laptop so no changes in the hosts file the server is using.

Oh... this is on dev server, so the url for the install is "spiceblog.local" if that makes a diff.

This should be fixed with deleting that second plugin hook, right?
