Summary	Messages.php missing
Description	The current dist of 5.0.9 does not include users/messages.php, however, the sample database has set messaging = 1. That leads to errors under certain circumstances because some navigation entries check that setting and then try to call the messages.php script.

<p>I've never seen these errors but I made a db update that will take care of anyone upgraded or new install who does not have the messaging plugin active. If they install the plugin, that will take care of this from then on.</p>
