Summary	HTML Entities in verification email subject
Description	My website name has an apostrophe in it (Franklin&#039;s Palindromedary). When I registered a user, the verification email subject appeared in my mail client with the HTML entity for apostrophe: &quot;Welcome to Franklin&amp;#039;s Palindromedary&quot;. In the database, settings.site_name appears with the entity also. Using entities is certainly appropriate for any web page, but decoding entities is best for email. Ray Franklin green@rohswell.com
