Summary	Form Builder Plugin - "Raw HTML inside input tag" needs html_entities_decode
Description	<p>When saved to the database, the value for "<strong>Raw HTML inside input tag</strong>" has its html entities encoded, e.g " becomes &quot; and this breaks the HTML output</p> <p>To fix this in functions.php</p> <pre><?=$o->input_html?></pre> <p>Needs to be:</p> <pre><?=html_entity_decode($o->input_html)?><code></code></pre>
